TeamUltra Launches Free ITIL® Training Initiative for 2015

TeamUltra launches initiative to raise industrywide IT Service Management standards

Eight free ITIL Foundation training courses available in 2015

 Berkshire, ENGLAND, 18th November, 2014: TeamUltra (www.teamultra.net) today announced it has launched a new initiative designed to drive up standards in the ITSM industry. A series of eight ITIL Foundation level training courses will now be made available free of charge to interested delegates. The 2014 ITIL training courses had a 100% pass rate for delegates taking the ITIL Foundation exams.

We need to continue investing in enhancing the skills of the professionals that make up the ITSM industry.  Our experience shows that ITIL-trained employees typically show higher levels of productivity and performance in the workplace which is reflected in better service management projects for their employers.  That is why we decided to launch a completely free ITIL training course in conjunction with our partners Fox IT and ServiceNow.  Delegates can attend a 3 day ITIL Foundation training course at no cost, with a further opportunity to sit the ITIL exams for which there is a small fee.

Typically ITIL training courses cost in excess of £500 per delegates but this initiative from TeamUltra brings ITIL training costs down to less than online or computer based training (CBT) courses.  Delivered by Fox IT, who include award winning trainer Alan Nixon (recently named the itSMF ‘Trainer of the Year’), and using ServiceNow as an example of a leading service management platform, delegates gain a real and practical understanding of what is ITIL and how it applies in the workplace.

Fox IT is one of the UK’s leading information technology service management and governance providers.  Training takes place at their dedicated facilities in Fleet, Hampshire and is limited to 12 delegates to ensure that the knowledge transfer takes places in smaller groups for a better learning experience.  Full terms and conditions can be found here.

  • Jan 28th – 30th FULL
  • March 18th – 20th FULL
  • May 20th – 22nd FULL
  • June 17th – 19th FULL
  • July 15th – 17th FULL
  • Nov 25th – 27th

N.B: spaces are limited to 2 delegates per company
