Our Process Workshops are at the core of our ServiceNow implementation methodology. Based on ITIL ‘best practice’ and using standard Microsoft products, TeamPro is an Intranet ready system with graphical display of the workflows for all the major Service Management disciplines and is provided free of charge. Modules include: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Request.
