TeamUltra teams up with Plat4mation to bring new service management apps to UK market

Berkshire, ENGLAND, 11th March, 2015: TeamUltra (www.teamultra.net) today announced it has teamed up with Plat4mation to launch a range of innovative Platform as a Service (PaaS) Apps to the UK market.  Under the terms of the agreement, TeamUltra will become the exclusive distributor for all current and future Plat4mation ServiceNow apps and will take on sales, marketing, implementation and support responsibilities.

Plat4mation is a Dutch software company that aims to ‘unleash the potential of platform apps for businesses’.  These apps help companies to use cloud-based technologies to leverage the Service Management capabilities of ServiceNow and examples include Procurement, Room Booking and a ServiceNow accelerator pack.  The company’s Facility4U app for facilities management won the 2014 ‘ServiceNow Innovation of the Year’ award.   Also available is an Outlook integration package and the physical BookNow devices to be used alongside the Room Booking app.

Facility4U combines the Platform capabilities of ServiceNow with Facility Management related functionality. This unique App allows current ServiceNow customers to further exploit the ServiceNow platform, whilst limiting additional investments on Facilities Management.

All Plat4Mation apps will be available for immediate download from the TeamUltra app store.  TeamUltra will then deliver the professional services necessary for configuration and implementation as well as provide first line support after go live.
